This lovely Swedish hand carved bench is clean-lined and comes to us circa 1880. The lambs' tongue detailing adds a sense of elegance, while the newly upholstered ticking striped fabric keeps it feeling approachable and relaxed.  The patina is warm and inviting and not too precious. It is the perfect piece to place at the end of a bed for a elegant touch. It would also be wonderful as bench seating in a dining area or placed under a mirror in an entryway.
